happy and alive in a city; it means that the people of that city give charity and Zakat in
abundance. When the caliph is seen sad, it would be otherwise.
Hazrat Umar Bin Khattab

city, it means that justice and fairness will be visible in that city.

be interested in learning the Holy Quran and gaining knowledge.

good deeds and gain knowledge. If a person dreams of a group of scholars and rulers
gathering in a city or neighbourhood, it means that the people of that city will get help
from ignorant people by speech, character, command and prohibitions.
